Painting & Coating
We offer spray painting in custom colors (glossy, matte, or textured finishes as needed). Using automotive-grade paints and clean-room paint booths, we achieve smooth, even coatings without dust or drips. UV-cured coatings are available for extra scratch resistance.

Printing & Marking
For logos, text, and graphics, we provide pad printing and silk-screen printing on plastic surfaces. These techniques ensure crisp, durable markings even on curved or uneven part surfaces. We can also do laser etching for permanent serial numbers or icons if required.

Plating & Metal Finishes
When a metallic finish or added shielding is needed, we can facilitate electroplating(e.g. chrome or nickel plating on ABS parts) and EMI/RFI shielding coatings. Q: Can you match specific colors or finishes?
A:Yes, we offer custom color matching. Provide us a Pantone or RAL color code, or a physical sample, and our paint specialists will formulate the paint to match. We also can replicate specific finishes (e.g. rubberized soft-touch coating or high-gloss piano finish) based on your requirements. A sample panel can be provided for approval before full production.
Q: What is the typical lead time for finishing?
A:Finishing lead time depends on the complexity and quantity. Generally, adding a painting or printing step might add a few days to the production schedule. We integrate finishing into our workflow to be as efficient as possible. For example, while molds are running the next batch of parts, previously molded parts can be in painting/printing. We will discuss scheduling with you to meet your deadline, often achieving one-stop production + finishing without delay.
Q: Do finishes hold up under use?
A:Absolutely. We select high-quality paints and inks suitable for the part’s end-use. Our finished parts are tested for adhesion and wear – for instance, we do cross-hatch tape tests for paint adhesion and rub tests for printed graphics. If your product requires UV resistance or chemical resistance (e.g. for outdoor or medical use), we will apply appropriate coatings or recommend materials to ensure the finish remains intact in those conditions.
